Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manufacture medical device balloons per specifications.
  • Read, follow, and accurately complete all provided documentation (product drawings, work procedures, process logs, etc.).
  • Prioritize effectively and manage multiple process responsibilities.
  • Demonstrate personal initiative and execute tasks independently.
  • Follow good manufacturing practices (GMP): line clearance, work instructions, documentation, etc.
  • Be willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and adjust shift as needed.
  • Communicate problems to supervisor or lead; seek clarity when needed.
  • Perform other duties as required.

We take pride in our position as the leader in the medical technology space and are driven by a passion to create products that our clients have envisioned for their customers.We are looking for an Operations Associate I to join our Chattanooga, TN Team.As a uniquely qualified candidate, you will:Manufacture medical device balloons per specificationsRead, follow, and accurately complete all provided documentation (product drawings, work procedures, process logs, etc.)Have some computer proficiency with a willingness to learn computer systems required to perform job responsibilitiesBe able to prioritize effectively and manage multiple process responsibilitiesDemonstrate personal initiative and the ability to effectively execute tasks independentlyFollow good manufacturing practices (GMP): line clearance, work instructions, documentation, etc.Be willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and have ability to modify work shift as needed by business conditionsCommunicate problems to supervisor or leadSeek clarity from supervisor or lead when neededPerform other duties as requiredEducation, Experience and RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent, and 0-2 years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English to comprehend simple instructions and short correspondence.Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divideKnowledge of good manufacturing practices (GMP)Strong attention to detail, professional attitude, team playerThis position requires significant standing and walking on an ongoing basis.
