Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and guest experience. You will keep fixtures stocked, maintain cleanliness, assist with shipments, resets, and inventory, and follow company procedures to drive store performance.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail or POS experience is a plus, and you will contribute to a collaborative team

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure the timely completion of all operational processes, including the shipment and replenishment processes, merchandise sets, and inventory counts and procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates and guests and participate in ongoing training for professional development.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty’s policies, dress code, and standard operating procedures.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, and shipment processing using Ulta Beauty’s tech and best practices.
