Job summary

AmeriLife is seeking a New Business Support Specialist to assist financial professionals, broker-dealers, and stakeholders with new business processing and customer service tasks.

Under supervision, you will follow procedures and learn industry platforms such as FireLight and RegEd, building experience in financial services operations. Entry-level but growth-oriented role in a rapidly evolving industry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 0–2 years in customer service, administrative, or operations role.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or call centers is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine inquiries from financial professionals and internal teams with accuracy.
• Use internal systems and carrier platforms to track and update application statuses.
• Meet service goals for response time, accuracy, and deadlines.
• Assist with communication between internal teams and external partners.
• Provide updates on case progress and delays as directed by seniors.
• Participate in training to learn insurance products and new processes.
