About The Role

We are seeking an energetic Operations Associate to join our New York City team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of audio and video advertising campaigns, from planning, to creative asset creation, execution and reporting. You will also create and manage high volumes of AI media content and help build the production infrastructure of the future.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses exceptional organizational skills, and has a strong background in digital media advertising. Reporting directly to our COO in New York, you will own the processes for evaluating, integrating and automating these processes. You'll also take a key role in developing our product and customer analytics at AudioStack. You will be working as part of our international Operations team working closely with our Creative Ops, Sales, Product and Leadership teams to ensure we are best in the industry.

What You Will Do

• Manage dynamic audio and video advertising campaigns from conception to completion
• Develop comprehensive campaign plans with clear timelines, deliverables, and KPIs
• Lead audio and video asset creation, QA, management, and optimization
• Execute campaigns with precision across various platforms and channels
• Monitor campaign performance and make real-time optimizations
• Generate detailed reports on campaign metrics and ROI
• Process accurate and timely billing for all client accounts
• Collaborate closely with the North America sales team to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded
• Represent the company at client meetings and industry events
• Maintain organized records of all campaign materials and client communications
• Manage demo accounts (creative, users, maintenance)
• Curate AudioStack's voice and music libraries
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital media ad campaign management (DSP, SSP, publishers, third-party tracking, creative and media agencies, brands)
• Very strong bias on delivery and getting things done on time
• Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and industry best practices
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with short timelines
• Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work
• Demonstrated experience working with audio content and sound production
• Capability to manage and optimize large volumes of audio assets for campaigns
• Willingness to take on tedious and repetitive tasks, including extensive Excel work
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for learning at a rapid pace
• Creative mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field (preferred)
• Creator or media production background is a plus (Youtube, TikTok, IG, etc.)
