The Business Operations Sr. Associate will champion high-priority projects. This role will address key business priorities that help amplify our growth, share best practices, and implement operational improvements. Using strong operational and analytical skills, this person will lead projects crucial for driving our business forward. We need a strategic, critical thinker who can start from a broad perspective and dive into details to ensure high-quality results. The ideal candidate should have a "doer" attitude, strong strategic skills, excellent time-management and organizational habits, and the ability to communicate and present information clearly to seek buy-in.

Responsibilities:

• Develop frameworks and analyze data on strategic priorities to optimize our business and solve major problems as they arise.
• Collaborate with team members to measure process impact and efficiency, and identify new ways to create value.
• Scale best practices from test phases to global implementation.
• Oversee business performance reporting and manage strategic content distribution to executive leadership.
• Support multiple teams across various locations as a proactive multitasker.
• Serve as a go-to person for solutions during business "fire drills".

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2-4+ years of experience in strategy, investment banking, consulting, business intelligence, or related fields; experience in high-growth operations or startups is preferred.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution, doing things quickly and well.
• Self-starter with the ability to investigate and retrieve necessary data.
• Proactive, collaborative, and focused on clarity and delivery.
• Strong skills in Excel, data management, and PowerPoint; knowledge of SQL is a plus; proficiency in Python and R is a plus.
