Operations are the foundation of our business, upon which the engine of our company is built. You’ll be joining a tight-knit, resilient Operations Desk that does anything and everything needed to fulfill our clients' orders around the country, 365 days a year.

This role shift will start between 10:00 AM and12:00 PM and end between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM daily. The schedule will include Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, with an additional day on either Thursday or Tuesday to provide for a 5-day workweek.

Job Description:

  • Researching and processing orders and accurately updating information in computer systems
  • Follow up to ensure issues are resolved; maintain comprehensive knowledge of internal policies and procedures
  • Possession of strong personal code of ethics, including maintaining confidentiality, avoiding conflict of interest, and avoiding self-dealing.
  • Troubleshooting lost event tickets, shipping issues, delivery problems, and ticket replacements in an efficient and timely manner
  • Assist all inbound inquiries regarding tickets, ticket transactions, and ticket searches for buyers, explaining and researching inquiries as requested
  • Providing exceptional levels of service to every customer via phone, email and in person
  • Demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills at all times
  • Analytical skills that allow for accurate decision making to resolve issues
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our products and services
  • Help identify solutions, not just problems
  • Assist Management in a fast-paced environment while focusing on attention to detail
