As we continue to expand, we are looking for an Operations Associate to join our team remotely from anywhere in Eastern, or Central Time Zone(s).

About the Role:

While reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this person will handle a high volume of call & lead returns for our SMB advertisers while trailblazing new processes! The ideal candidate for this position is dependable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and hardworking with a strong desire for career advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing open-ended/ nuanced conversations and dispositioning based on our policy.
• Identifying issues that require further investigation / internal escalation.
• Ad hoc call-listening/ dispositioning projects to provide key insights for our Affiliate, SMB, and Enterprise teams.
• Trialing new processes.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, supporting the Customer Success and Sales Teams.
• Reviewing reporting to identify account related issues and recommend solutions.

Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce experience a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Continuous learning mindset; ability to be adaptable.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative/ team environment.
