Job summary

Davenport & Company LLC is seeking an Operations Associate in Richmond, VA to support the Operations Department through system administration and entitlement management, including NetX360 access and asset servicing.

Responsibilities include processing various transactions, building reports, and coordinating with internal departments and vendors. A college degree and solid MS Office skills are required; brokerage knowledge is a plus, with competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

  • College degree and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Prior experience with platform access entitlements.
  • General understanding of basic accounting concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Products.
  • Self-directed, resourceful, and able to exercise sound judgment.
  • Strong communication skills, including timely issue escalation.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
  • Ability to adapt to and work within a changing, moderately noisy work environment.
  • Brokerage industry knowledge and experience a plus.
