Job summary

The Restaurant Store is seeking an Operations Associate to assist the Product Lifecycle Manager with daily material handling at a retail branch. You will help with receiving, stocking, and presenting products to support sales, merchandising, order fulfillment, and inventory teams.

This role requires physical work, including standing/walking up to 9 hours per day and lifting up to 50 lbs. No degree is required; relevant skills and experience are valued, with strong English communication needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute efficient receiving and put-away of incoming stock using pallet jacks, carts and/or powered equipment
• Ensure a high level of organization and neatness while completing daily restocking tasks
• Communicate effectively with the Merchandising and Inventory teams to sufficiently stock products in correct merchandising locations within the branch
• Communicate effectively with the Product Lifecycle Manager to address any operational issues
• Rotate stock (FIFO) and pull damaged and expired products as needed
• Perform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goals
• Maintain the overall cleanliness of the store
