Job summary

Spring, based in New York, seeks a hands-on operator/product role to own day-to-day operations and automate processes across the platform and AI agents.

You'll work directly with the CEO and CTO across the business, shaping workflows, product iteration, and delivery of new credit-related products. In-person role in New York City with a base salary range of $110,000–$200,000 plus equity.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of full-time experience in investment banking, private credit, private equity, or consulting.
• Incredibly strong attention to detail and work ethic.
• You write and speak precisely. You'll be a direct point of contact for founders and partners.
• Full ownership across operations from day one.
• Startup experience is a plus, not required.

About Spring

Spring is the first agentic capital provider. Our AI agents move real money to real businesses. They assess, fund, and manage capital for the consumer brands you see on shelves at Costco, Target, and Walmart. Every piece of the platform is built in-house in New York. Next is agentic CFO products: software that understands a business deeply enough to know exactly what capital it needs and deliver it on the spot. The Role

Spring runs on a dozen people and a fleet of AI agents. You'll sit at the center of it and work cross-functionally across all of it, directly with the CEO and CTO. The job spans operations and product. You'll own how the company runs day to day, automate whatever can be automated, and work directly on the platform and the agents as we build the next generation of the product.
