Job summary

The Drouin Wealth Management Group is seeking an entry-level Operations Associate to gain hands-on experience in our insurance and operations departments. This role is housed at our Nashua, NH office and is designed to develop your administrative and operational skills within a dynamic, award-winning firm.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; some college coursework or experience in administrative or customer service settings preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn and participate in training opportunities related to operations and financial services.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred; or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred, but not required: Life Accident & Health, Securities Industry Exam (SIE).

Responsibilities

As an Operations Associate, you will act as an essential support within the insurance and operations departments, assisting in the processing of paperwork and the setup of accounts.
