StoneX Group Inc. is seeking a Trade Processing professional to support the OTC Trade Processing Team in monitoring and executing events across trade life cycles. The role focuses on accuracy, timely confirmations, and customer interactions within a multi-product environment.

The position emphasizes collaboration, attention to detail, and the ability to work across systems to resolve issues and ensure smooth cash flows. A finance/accounting background is preferred.

Position purpose

This role offers a unique opportunity to support the continuing development of this highly successful multi-product business. The OTC Trade Processing Team is responsible for monitoring and executing events throughout the life cycle of the trade to ensure accuracy and completeness across systems and customer statements.

Responsibilities

• Review and ensure transactions are entered into the system of record
• Monitor trade confirmation delivery daily and adhere to escalation procedures to ensure regulatory deadlines are met
• Review and approve manual client confirmations prior to distribution
• Complete understanding and ability to explain all parts of the account statement to internal and external customers
• Process requested trade amendments, offsets, and account changes
• Facilitate EFR workflows from request to execution, obtaining all required approvals
• Process cash adjustments
• Process internal and external customer requests originating via phone or Microsoft Dynamics case and provide timely and appropriate resolution
• Identify and elevate matters with high level business or financial impact
• Complete end of day system monitoring while communicating with the front office regarding any open and unclaimed trades
• Monitor daily reports/statements to identify and circumvent potential errors in cash flow, accumulations, and trade postings
• Maintains prompt and regular attendance

• 3 years of relevant experience

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven analytical problem-solving ability
• Must be able to learn quickly
• Ability to multitask while demonstrating accuracy and efficiency

What makes you stand out

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics a plus
• Experience with Murex a plus

Education / Certification Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting and/or equivalent work experience preferred
