Job summary

StoneX Group Inc. is seeking a Trade Processing professional to support the OTC Trade Processing Team in monitoring and executing events across trade life cycles. The role focuses on accuracy, timely confirmations, and customer interactions within a multi-product environment.

The position emphasizes collaboration, attention to detail, and the ability to work across systems to resolve issues and ensure smooth cash flows. A finance/accounting background is preferred.

Qualifications

• This role requires 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Experience creating and maintaining operational procedures.
• Detail oriented with excellent documentation skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and ensure transactions are entered into the system of record.
• Monitor trade confirmation delivery daily and meet regulatory deadlines.
• Review and approve manual client confirmations prior to distribution.
• Explain all parts of the account statement to internal and external customers.
• Process requested trade amendments, offsets, and account changes.
• Facilitate EFR workflows from request to execution with approvals.
