Job summary

JCW Group seeks an Insurance Operations Specialist to support day-to-day oversight and administration of insurance programs written on carrier paper. You will collaborate across underwriting, compliance, finance, claims, reinsurance, actuarial and IT to promote governance, efficiency and profitable growth.

Responsibilities include monitoring delegated underwriting activity, maintaining program guidelines and forms, and producing dashboards and reports to improve data quality and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; internship or entry-level experience welcomed.
• CPCU, AU, or CIC designation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain program documentation, underwriting guidelines, policy forms, and related exhibits while assisting with regulatory reporting, audits, data calls, and compliance requests.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and program partners to maintain reporting and dashboards, monitor program performance, identify operational gaps, and improve processes and data quality.

JCW is recruiting on behalf of a well-respected specialty fronting carrier searching for an Insurance Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day oversight and administration of insurance programs written on carrier paper. The position offers broad exposure across underwriting, compliance, finance, claims, reinsurance, actuarial, and IT while supporting strong program governance, operational efficiency, and profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities
