Position Summary:

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate with 1–3 years of relevant experience to support the day-to-day operations of its investment platform. This role offers hands-on exposure to trade operations, portfolio reconciliation, client reporting, and account maintenance. The ideal candidate is resourceful, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support trade lifecycle processes, including trade capture, confirmation, and settlement across asset classes
• Perform daily cash and position reconciliations with custodians, fund administrators, and internal systems
• Assist with portfolio accounting, valuations, and performance reporting
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for client accounts
• Work closely with external custodians and internal teams to research and resolve breaks or discrepancies
• Contribute to new account onboarding and ongoing account maintenance
• Help identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Support ad hoc projects, including regulatory and compliance reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, fund administration, or a similar financial services function
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with portfolio management systems (e.g., Advent, Enfusion, Eze, or similar) is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Genuine interest in investment management and financial operations
