Job summary

UniUni, a leading North American last-mile logistics provider, is hiring a warehouse associate in Kent, WA. You will assist in receiving, dispatching, inspecting, handling and stocking inbound products, coordinate with drivers, and ensure accurate inventories and timely deliveries.

We value hands-on training, offer competitive hourly pay, and provide benefits; prior experience is welcome but not required. H1B sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience preferred; training available for all.
• Moderate computer skills and ability to assist in data collection.
• Strong sense of responsibility, ability to follow supervision and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, dispatching, inspecting, handling and stocking inbound products.
• Receive returns, count and confirm quantities, determine condition and complete paperwork.
• Arrange for pick-up of shipments, contact delivery drivers and coordinate schedules.
• Communicate effectively with other departments; respond to inquiries and relay service issues.
• Encourage safe work practices and participate in daily cycle counts and reports.
• Other duties as assigned.

Compensation: $19.00 – $23.00 / hour (DOE - Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, dispatching, inspecting, handling and stocking inbound products；
• Receives returns, counts and confirms quantities, determines condition and completes paperwork;
• Arranges for pick-up of shipments, contacts delivery drivers and coordinates schedules;
• Communicates effectively with the other departments in the company；
• Responds quickly to customer/client inquiries, resolves problems, and communicates service issues to supervisor;
• Encourages safe work practices in others；
• Arranges daily cycle count and follow variance;
• Weekly report updates;
• Other duties as assigned to the position

Qualifications

• 1 years of relevant experience preferred, no experiences is ok, everything will be trained；
• Moderate computer skills, assist in report data collection.
