Job summary

UniUni in Spokane Valley, WA is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our logistics team. You will assist in receiving, inspecting, stocking inbound products, and coordinating shipment pickups with drivers, while maintaining accurate counts and paperwork.

We value reliability, clear communication, and willingness to learn. Training is provided, and strong attention to safety is expected as you contribute to daily operations and weekly reporting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience preferred; training provided for candidates with no prior experience.
• Moderate computer skills and data collection for reporting.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to follow supervision with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, dispatching, inspecting, handling and stocking inbound products
• Receives returns, counts and confirms quantities, determines condition and completes paperwork
• Arranges for pick-up of shipments, contacts delivery drivers and coordinates schedules
• Communicates effectively with other departments
• Responds quickly to inquiries, resolves problems, and communicates service issues to supervisor
• Encourages safe work practices
• Arranges daily cycle count and follow variance
• Weekly report updates
• Other duties as assigned
