Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a part-time Millyard Operations Assistant to provide essential administrative support at their Millyard office. This role involves inventory management, customer service, and the maintenance of office supplies, operating Monday to Thursday for four hours a day. The position is physically active and requires the ability to handle supplies efficiently while supporting team operations.

This position is based in the following office location:
New HampshireThe opportunity
The Millyard Operations Assistant - Part Time provides administrative support at the Millyard office location. You will perform several administrative tasks including: office supply inventory management, distributing supplies and packages, coordinating meetings, and basic office equipment management. You will report to the Millyard Operations Manager and will work on site. #LI-Onsite
Position hours are Monday - Thursday 9:30am - 1:30pm EST.
What you'll do:
Provide customer service support for the Millyard Mailroom during the operating hours of 10:30am - 12:30pm EST
Maintain and restock workspace supplies within the kitchenettes, printer stations, and mothers rooms. Replenish sanitizer stations throughout the Millyard and replenish first aid kits.
Provide basic maintenance of office equipment including replacing ink and toner in copiers, checking paper jams.
Monitor the usage of shred bins and move them to alternate locations
Track and maintain supply inventory information.
Help distribute supplies and packages.
Help with coordinating of complex and frequent meeting set-ups of varying sizes.
General administrative support.
What we're looking for:
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
Team collaboration skills.
Work in a physically active position that requires constant movement through the building, frequent lifting and carrying of supplies, and frequent standing.
Requires the ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
Requires the ability to lift, push, pull up to 25lbs

Compensation
The hourly pay range for this position is $16.94 - $27.11. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $18.72 - $25.32.
