Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with all operational tasks delegated by the Store Manager, focusing on front-end and sales floor operations.
• Assisting with hiring, training, and developing store associates.
• Performing opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Protecting and securing all company assets, including cash.
• Maintaining a professional environment with customers, staff, and supervisors.
• Maintaining store areas to company standards, including recovery efforts.
• Direct supervisory responsibility for hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent.
• Processing corporate directives, merchandise receipts, returns, and damaged goods.
• Assisting with staffing, sales effectiveness, cashiering, merchandising, and inventory management.
• Managing store supplies, expense control, and store displays to maximize sales.
• Creating weekly schedules and ensuring proper signage and store presentation.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.
