Responsibilities:

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities as directed by the Store Manager.
• Perform opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Help protect and secure all company assets, including cash.
• Adhere to all policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a professional and friendly environment for customers, staff, and supervisors.
• Ensure all areas of the store meet company standards, including recovery and maintenance of the sales floor and stockroom.
• When the Store Manager is absent, oversee hourly Associates.
• Process all corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Assist with receipt and return of DSD merchandise, following VIP and DSD policies.
• Help ensure proper staffing coverage daily.
• Assist in managing cashiering activities and cash handling practices.
• Support promotional displays and seasonal merchandise effectiveness.
• Coordinate signage and maintain store displays.
• Handle damaged merchandise daily.
• Assist with creating weekly schedules and managing supplies and expenses.
• Maintain the checkout area and ensure store displays are replenished daily.

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a high-energy team environment.
