Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with all operational tasks within the store as delegated by the Store Manager, focusing on front-end and sales floor operations.
2. Supporting hiring, training, and development of store associates.
3. Performing all opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
4. Protecting and securing store assets, including cash.
5. Maintaining a professional environment with customers, staff, and supervisors.
6. Managing store areas to company standards, including recovery and maintenance.
7. Providing supervisory responsibility for hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent.
8. Processing directives related to store activities, merchandise receipt, and returns.
9. Assisting with staffing coverage, sales floor management, and cashiering activities.
10. Managing store displays, signage, and seasonal areas for promotional effectiveness.
11. Handling merchandise damage and assisting with weekly scheduling and supplies management.
12. Maintaining store cleanliness and stock levels, including coolers and impulse sale areas.

Minimum qualifications:

• Preferred prior retail and management experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.
