Job Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with all operational tasks within the store as delegated by the Store Manager, focusing on front-end and sales floor operations.
• Helping with hiring, training, and developing store associates.
• Performing store functions, including opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Protecting and securing company assets, including cash.
• Maintaining a professional environment and ensuring store standards are met.
• Supervising hourly associates when the Store Manager is not present.
• Processing directives and communications related to store activities.
• Managing receipt and return of DSD merchandise, following VIP and DSD policies.
• Ensuring proper staffing, sales effectiveness, and cash handling practices.
• Managing store displays, signage, and seasonal areas.
• Assisting with scheduling, supplies, and expense control.
• Maintaining merchandising and checkout areas to maximize sales.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a high-energy team environment.
