Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with all operational tasks within the store as delegated by the Store Manager, focusing on front-end and sales floor operations.
• Helping with hiring, training, and developing store associates.
• Performing all store functions and daily activities as directed.
• Managing store assets, including cash, and ensuring safety and policy adherence.
• Maintaining a professional environment with customers, staff, and supervisors.
• Overseeing store cleanliness and organization, including stockroom and sales floor.
• Providing supervisory responsibility for hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent.
• Processing directives related to store activities and merchandise receipt/return, including DSD merchandise following VIP and DSD policies.
• Ensuring proper staffing, sales effectiveness, and cash handling practices.
• Managing store displays, signage, seasonal areas, and impulse sales areas.
• Assisting with scheduling, supplies, and expense control.
• Refilling coolers and displays daily, and managing promotional fixtures.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and transport merchandise up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.
