Responsibilities

1. Assist with all store functions and daily activities as directed by the Store Manager.
2. Perform opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
3. Help protect and secure all company assets, including cash.
4. Adhere to all policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
5. Maintain a professional and friendly environment with customers, staff, and supervisors.
6. Maintain store areas, including stockroom and sales floor, to company standards.
7. When the Store Manager is absent, oversee hourly associates.
8. Process corporate directives and store communications.
9. Assist with receipt and return of merchandise, including DSD merchandise.
10. Ensure proper staffing and sales floor effectiveness.
11. Manage cashiering activities and ensure cash handling guidelines are followed.
12. Coordinate signage and store displays for promotional effectiveness.
13. Assist with weekly scheduling and store supplies management.
14. Maintain checkout area and store displays to maximize sales.
15. Refill store front program racks daily.

Minimum Requirements

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.
