Job summary

UniUni in Greensboro, NC, is growing its logistics team and seeks motivated staff to support warehousing operations.

You will assist in receiving, stocking, and dispatching products, coordinate shipments, and communicate across departments to resolve issues while upholding safety standards. Training is provided for those with little or no experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or international equivalent.
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred; training provided.
• Moderate computer skills; assist in data collection.
• Strong responsibility, good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, dispatching, inspecting, and stocking inbound products.
• Receives returns, counts and confirms quantities, determines condition and completes paperwork.
• Arranges for pick-up of shipments, contacts delivery drivers and coordinates schedules.
• Communicates effectively with the other departments in the company.
• Responds quickly to customer/client inquiries, resolves problems, and communicates service issues to supervisor.
• Encourages safe work practices in others.
• Arranges daily cycle count and follow variance.
• Weekly report updates.
• Other duties as assigned to the position
