Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, dispatching, inspecting, handling and stocking inbound products.
• Receive returns, count and confirm quantities, determine condition and complete paperwork.
• Arrange for pick-up of shipments, contact delivery drivers and coordinate schedules.
• Communicate effectively with other departments in the company.
• Respond quickly to customer/client inquiries, resolve problems, and communicate service issues to supervisor.
• Encourage safe work practices.
• Arrange daily cycle count and follow variance.
• Weekly report updates.
• Other duties as assigned.
