Job summary

Global Partners LP in Doraville, GA is seeking an Operations Assistant to support daily financial and administrative tasks. You will handle weekly payroll, track invoices and expenses, assist with vendor onboarding, and help maintain cost controls across facilities.

You will also manage safety minutes, budget input, and records, supporting adherence to environmental and security procedures while coordinating office supplies and meeting logistics as needed.

Qualifications

• Assisting the Terminal Managers and operators in daily operating plans and challenges.
• Knowledge of the facilities' physical layout.
• Familiarity with corporate/local operating, environmental, safety, security procedures, TMS and water management.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Payroll weekly processing.
• Tracking invoices and spend.
• Assist with vendor set-ups and submitting expenses.
• Responsible for codes for approval and submitting invoices.

• Filing as necessary – Maintain Environmental Folders / Track mailings
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications

• Assisting the Terminal Managers and operators in accomplishing the ever changing daily operating plans and challenges is part of the role.
• The Ops Assistant needs to be knowledgeable of the physical layout of the facilities they support.
• Detailed familiarity with corporate and local operating, environmental, safety, security procedures, TMS and water management is required.

Pay Range

$24.28 - $33.89

The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
