Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a full-time Shipping/Receiving Associate in Minnesota. The role handles processing, producing, and reconciling shipping documents, while tracking service performance and supporting dock operations.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED with 1–3 years of related experience; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement, and vacation. Background checks and drug screening are required.

• Collect and prepare information for operational reporting and data tracking.

• Support dock operations, including inbound load check-in, shipment monitoring, sequencing, and documentation accuracy.
• Conduct pick floor walks to drive efficiency and compliance.
• Support slot sequencing, re-slotting, and monitor out-of-stock (OOS) conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
