Job summary

SERVPRO Team Toft is seeking an Operations Support Manager to oversee warehouse, fleet, equipment, tools, inventory, and facilities. This role ensures our technicians have the resources they need to deliver outstanding service every day, with a focus on organization, safety, and efficiency.

The successful candidate will lead a 44,000-square-foot warehouse, manage approximately 40 vehicles, coordinate maintenance, and drive continuous improvements across inventory, purchasing, and logistics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, fleet, or operations management.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Experience managing inventory and company assets.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations of a 44,000 sq ft facility.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, equipment staging, and storage.
• Improve warehouse organization and efficiency.
• Oversee ~40 company vehicles; coordinate maintenance.
• Manage inventory levels for equipment, PPE, tools, and supplies.
• Develop preventative maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate facility maintenance and HVAC, plumbing, electrical.
• Supervise Warehouse Technician and coordinate across teams.
• Ensure tools are assigned and tracked; support loading/unloading.
