Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a results-driven Chief Operating Officer to translate high-level vision into seamless daily operations. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will build structure, drive organizational efficiency, and scale infrastructure for sustained growth.

You will audit workflows, implement KPI frameworks, and develop leadership pipelines to ensure long-term operational continuity across all divisions. A decisive, articulate executive with a relentless drive for performance is essential.

Qualifications

Senior operations or C-suite experience in commercial equipment, heavy powertrain, industrial service, or technical remanufacturing environments.
Experience building scalable infrastructure and enforcing KPI models.
Mentorship and talent retention with structured succession plans.
Ability to align cross-functional teams and drive execution.

Responsibilities

Audit, refine, and streamline end-to-end workflows to boost profitability.
Establish clear performance tracking systems and enforce metrics across divisions.
Identify and develop internal leadership with succession pipelines.
Partner with executive leadership to convert strategy into operating roadmaps and capital allocation.
Identify operational risks and maintain a disciplined operating rhythm.
