Job summary

Comprehensive Mobile Insurance Company, Inc. (CMIC) seeks a full-time VP of Operations and EOS Integrator to scale operations, build repeatable processes, and lead cross-functional teams in a regulated healthcare/insurance setting.

You will own budgeting, reporting, and technology alignment (Dynamics 365, QuickBooks) while expanding into new states and maintaining a mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and developing people.
• Built operating systems and SOPs from scratch; project management experience.
• Exposure to accounting, audit and budgeting workstreams.
• Fluency with Microsoft Dynamics 365; ability to build views, reports, and dashboards.
• Ownership of a P&L or operating budget.
• Experience in healthcare/long-term care or insurance.
• Experience with call centers or customer service operations.
• EOS Integrator experience in operating environments.
• Background in consulting, investment banking, or private equity.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable, repeatable systems and processes across the business.
• Establish cross-functional communication channels for harmony.
• Translate strategy into actionable plans with clear ownership and deadlines.
• Develop direct reports to grow with the organization.
• Oversee policyholder conversion, onboarding, and retention processes.
• Oversee budgeting, cashflow forecasting, and cost management.
• Provide real-time KPI, P&L, and cash flow reporting.
• Oversee integration and management of core technology systems.
• Manage external/vendor relationships across IT, HR, finance, tax, and insurance.
• Lead expansion into new states and regulatory compliance.
