Job summary

Intuit is building a new Expert Excellence team in Mountain View and seeks a Staff, Business Process & Commercial Operations Manager to design the systems that govern how learning solutions are sourced, funded, and delivered. You will own the supply chain architecture, financial governance, and business process design while doing hands‑on financial work.

Qualifications

• Experience designing operating models and business process frameworks for complex cross‑functional organizations.
• Financial management experience — budget tracking, PO lifecycle, vendor spend reconciliation, and P&L ownership.
• Experience designing and governing supply chain or demand management processes.
• Demonstrated ability to build financial tracking infrastructure and reporting models.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern the Expert Excellence supply chain architecture and operating model.
• Own business process design across the function with clear ownership and accountability.
• Manage financial operations — vendor contracts, PO lifecycle, CW and FTE spend tracking, budget reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Intuit Finance and Procurement as the team's primary financial point of contact.
• Document tribal knowledge and manual processes into repeatable systems.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to integrate the supply chain with the overall operating model.
