Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a qualified candidate in Ohio to support IT/OT systems and enterprise applications. The role involves troubleshooting, monitoring, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors to maintain reliability of real-time grid operations systems.

The ideal candidate has experience in application support, strong logging/diagnostic skills, and is willing to participate in on-call rotations. Educational paths include a Bachelor's or an Associate degree with relevant experience.

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
• Support software upgrades and patching efforts
• Monitor application and system performance
• Review logs and proactively identify issues
• Support backup and restoration testing
• Configure and maintain monitoring tools
• Create scripts to automate patching and deployments
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams
• Assist with failover testing and maintenance activities
• Participate in after-hours/on-call support rotations
• Help maintain reliability of real-time grid operations systems
