Life Fitness / Hammer Strength seeks an Operations and Logistics Specialist to support the Logistics and International Planning teams. The role blends data analysis with hands-on logistics, including KPI tracking, reports, and process improvements across the global supply chain.

You will work in a hybrid setup at the Rosemont, IL HQ, collaborating with IT and business teams, mentoring staff, and handling time-sensitive tasks such as order entry, drop ships, RMAs, and international shipments.

• Associate Degree or 2+ years in Logistics/Exports/Supply Chain.
• Very strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Record and communicate KPIs by logging incidents and reporting metrics.

In this position, you will leverage multiple systems to generate reports and insights that support the management of logistics operations and international planning. You will collaborate across teams within the Logistics and Operations organization while developing a strong understanding of logistics and export processes. This role also serves as a key point of contact for questions related to order entry, operations, and logistics, ensuring escalations are handled professionally and efficiently. The salary range for this position, intended for U.S. applicants, is $48,700 - $67,800 annually.This role is categorized as non-exempt and eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law.The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities.
