Job summary

Siemens Energy in Orlando, FL, is seeking an Operations and Innovation Excellence Manager to lead Lean transformation across operations, project execution, and supporting functions. You will partner with business leaders to boost performance, reduce waste, and elevate customer satisfaction through continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years in Operations Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, or Transformation leadership with measurable results.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills to drive initiatives.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, document, and optimize processes across sub-regions to enhance efficiency.
  • Conduct Value Stream Mapping to identify waste and improve end-to-end processes.

Join us as the Operations Excellence & Innovation Manager, where you will drive transformational improvements across operations, project execution, and support functions. Imagine partnering with business leaders to enhance operational performance, eliminate waste, and elevate customer satisfaction while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will lead cross-functional initiatives utilizing Lean principles, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Process Mining, and Digital Transformation tools to achieve measurable enhancements in quality, delivery, cost, and productivity. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our operations and ensuring we meet the demands of a rapidly evolving energy landscape.


How You’ll Make an Impact



  • Lead Lean transformation initiatives across operations, project execution, logistics, procurement, and support functions.

  • Develop, document, and optimize processes across multiple sub-regions to enhance efficiency.

  • Conduct Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to identify waste and improve end-to-end processes.

  • Identify and implement automation and digitalization opportunities to streamline operations.

  • Leverage data analytics, artificial intelligence, process mining, and workflow automation tools to drive improvements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact across the organization.


What You Bring



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • 7 or more years of experience in Operations Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, Supply Chain Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Transformation leadership. Those with more experience may be considered for a higher level, and vice versa.

  • Proven experience leading enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives with measurable results.

  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills to drive initiatives forward.

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities to tackle complex challenges.


Travel, as required.
