Key responsibilities include maintaining client databases, preparing client review materials, processing new business, ensuring compliance and supporting client communications and relationship building.KEY ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPSReports to the Chartered Financial Consultant or designated supervisor.Works closely with Chartered Financial Consultants, Financial Advisors, operations staff, clients, and external business partners.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThis position requires accuracy, organizational skills, and the ability to make phone calls. The Coordinator will mostly communicate with customers and the financial advisors. This Coordinator taking initiative to make phone calls to keep momentum is a must.
