The Coordinator position with Ohnward Bancshares, Inc.’s Wealth & Retirement team supports Financial Advisors by managing client records, preparing review materials, and processing new business with compliance oversight.

Based in Maquoketa, IA, you will maintain Laserfiche files, communicate with clients and advisors, and assist with outreach and events while handling confidential information with professionalism and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Requires accuracy and thoroughness in handling client records.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for client service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client databases and Laserfiche files with up-to-date information.
• Prepare and maintain client review materials for new and existing accounts.
• Process securities and related business documentation with appropriate partners.
• Log, track, and report transactions per broker-dealer requirements and internal procedures.
• Provide professional client service by answering questions and coordinating follow-ups.
