Zusammenfassung

Mazzella is seeking a detail-oriented Operations and Business Analyst to evaluate operating efficiency, transform data into actionable insights, and support strategic decisions. You will collect, analyze, and visualize data from multiple sources, build dashboards and reports, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve performance.

This is an in-office role reporting to the President with a dotted line to the CFO.

Qualifikationen

• Must have 2–5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating data.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik.
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables).
• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must successfully complete a criminal background check, physical, drug screen and E-verify.

The ideal candidate will collect, analyze and visualize data from multiple sources, build dashboards and reports and collaborate with stakeholders to improve business performance. This position reports to the President with a dotted line to the CFO.

Please note: This is an in-office position and requires regular attendance at the Cleveland office location five days per week during scheduled working hours.

Education

A high school diploma or GED is required; an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university in a related discipline. In the absence of a degree, directly related job experience serving in a business analyst role, where a number of years and proven knowledge may offset the degree requirement.

Preferred

• Experience with Python or R for data analysis
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, Google BigQuery, Snowflake)
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and forecasting techniques
• Experience working with large datasets and APIs
• Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies
