SpaceXAI is seeking a Human Data - Business Operations Analyst in Palo Alto to optimize operational metrics and enable informed decisions. You will build dashboards, forecast capacity, and collaborate with operations, engineering, recruiting, and finance to align staffing and performance goals.

You will turn data into actionable insights, present concise readouts to stakeholders, and own ad-hoc research to improve operating leverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years in business analytics or operations analytics.
• 1+ years building analytical models or trackers in spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
• Create dashboards and trackers for KPIs and cross-functional partners.
• Develop forecasting and capacity planning views for proactive decisions.
• Support allocation decisions with data-driven recommendations.
