Job summary

Bracco Medical Technologies in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking an Operations Analyst to provide reporting, analysis, and support to the Operations group. The role focuses on SAP BPM/IBIS reporting, dashboards, and ensuring accurate master data for ACIST and BDI.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or 10+ years with a 2-year degree; strong analytical skills, SAP experience, and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, accounting or finance.
• In lieu of 4-year degree, 10+ yrs experience with a 2-year degree will be considered.
• Understanding of database and information flows to allow for report creation and manipulation of downloaded data
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong Computer Application Skills including MS Excel, MS Word and PPT.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated organizational and administrative skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while applying good judgment
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Build custom SAP reports and external dashboards to manage the business.
• Create sales orders, shipping and invoicing Buyback orders.
• Create and maintain SAP materials/items in SAP and BPM systems.
• Maintain SAP master data fields and pricing data as needed.
• Support material requirements planning (MRP), inventory and distribution of finished goods.
• Interface with Accounts Payable support and problem resolution.
• Provide supplier scorecards and ISO certifications updates.
• Own quarterly excess and obsolete inventory review and dispositions.
• Support supplier risk actions/reporting and internal metrics.
• Other duties as assigned.
