Job summary

Field Fresh Foods is seeking a Business Operations and Analytics team member to turn operational data into insights that guide strategic decisions. You will work cross-functionally across Operations, Sales, Procurement, Finance, Production, and Supply Chain to build dashboards, reports, and KPIs using Power BI and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI and Excel.
• Analytical thinking with ability to translate data into insights.
• Communication and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
• Use Excel and other tools to organize and interpret complex datasets.
• Partner with Operations, Sales, Procurement, Finance, Production, and Supply Chain.
• Monitor costs, productivity, service levels, and performance metrics.
• Translate data into actionable insights for management and teams.
• Develop standardized reports, metrics, and dashboards.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, planning with accurate data.
• Conduct root-cause analyses to identify performance gaps.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
