Job summary

FirstEnergy Corp. is hiring a Business Analyst for FE Pennsylvania Operations in Greensburg, PA. The role provides analytical, technical, and operational support to improve resource management, finance, reliability, and safety across normal operations and major restoration events.

The candidate will lead BI reporting, develop dashboards, and drive data-driven improvements using Power Platform, SQL, and Power BI. On-site work with occasional storm support expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience (or 4 years in lieu of degree).
• Experience with development, configuration, management, or operation of applications.
• Experience with Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and analytical efforts for FE PA Operations.
• Support development, configuration, and enhancement of critical operations processes and applications.
• Communicate project needs for applications managed by operations.
• Proficient in iTOA, Power Platform, Power BI, and Office Suite.
• Provide off-hours and storm support as required.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics.
• Produce ad-hoc analytics to support leadership decisions.
• Standardize reporting across FE PA Operations for consistency.
• Mine and analyze data across multiple systems using query tools.
• Assist in BI design, testing, and debugging of Power Platform apps.
