Job summary

The Amatriot Group is seeking an Operation Analytics Lead in New York to oversee KPI/OKR governance, observability, and analytics across enterprise apps. You will drive data collection, validation, and reporting using Splunk, Power BI, and other tools to improve service reliability and business outcomes.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify root causes, streamline processes, and transition reporting to the Operations team, ensuring scalable metrics and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related discipline
• 8+ years of related experience in IT operations, analytics, or enterprise tech roles
• Experience defining, collecting and reporting KPIs/OKRs/SLAs/SLOs
• Hands-on log analysis, monitoring, alerting, troubleshooting, and RCA
• Hands-on Splunk Enterprise, SPL, dashboards, alerts, and data normalization
• Experience managing DevOps issues, defect lifecycles, escalation, and release coordination
• Ability to create operational reports, dashboards and leadership updates
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills
• Experience with Power BI and Excel for analytics and reporting

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain KPI/OKR data definitions, targets, owners, data sources
• Develop SPL searches, reports, alerts, dashboards, and scheduled reports
• Analyze logs, monitor HTTP status codes, errors, and transactions; identify patterns
• Build dashboards and scorecards with Power BI, Splunk, and Excel
• Coordinate Linux/Unix and Windows environments, apps servers and middleware
• Automate data collection, log processing, health checks, and reports
• Investigate incidents and perform root-cause analysis; participate in incident management
• Review monitoring coverage, thresholds, dashboards, and escalation paths
• Coordinate milestones, dependencies, risks, and reporting commitments
• Lead cross-functional tracking of production issues and remediation actions
• Create runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge-transfer materials
• Identify opportunities to improve observability, data quality, and automation
