Job summary

Alkegen is seeking an Operations Analytics Manager in Buffalo, NY to own monthly performance reporting and forecasting across 15 P&Ls and 17 rooftops. Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, business analytics, operations, FP&A, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and financial performance drivers.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong data-analysis capabilities.
• Experience forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly performance reporting and trending across 15 P&Ls and 17 rooftops.
• Analyze revenue, gross margin, labor, operating expenses, EBITDA, and other key metrics.
• Identify performance trends, variances to budget/forecast, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly business reviews and executive-level reporting with insights.
• Develop and support dashboards and reporting tools for portfolio visibility.
• Coordinate forecast submissions, consolidate results, and identify changes vs prior forecasts.
