Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in business operations, coordination, reporting, analytics, or related fields.
• Strong Excel skills to organize, analyze, and report data.
• Experience with operational reports, data tracking, and workflow management.
• Exposure to Power BI, dashboards, or BI tools.
• Excellent organization and time management with multi-project focus.
• Experience creating SOPs, training materials, or process maps.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support operational workflows and business processes across departments.
• Prepare, maintain, and analyze operational reports and performance metrics.
• Assist with data validation, bordereaux reporting, and data management.
• Track endorsements, binder renewals, and technology requests.
• Coordinate business requests and ensure timely completion.
• Partner with tech teams to support system enhancements and issues.
• Create and update SOPs, workflow docs, and training materials.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and quality.
• Support onboarding, training, and knowledge sharing.
• Assist with audits, compliance reviews, and special projects.
• Communicate priorities and project status with stakeholders.
• Manage multiple assignments in a dynamic environment.
