Job summary

Uline Inc. in Kenosha is seeking an Operations Analyst in our Corporate Customer Service team to transform contact center data into actionable insights that drive service improvements across North America.

You will build SQL queries and Power BI dashboards, analyze performance and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver data-driven results that boost efficiency and customer satisfaction. This on-site role offers strong growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, SQL and Power BI experience.
• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.
• Robotic Process automation (RPA) a plus.
• Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.
