Uline, Kenosha Branch in Kenosha, WI, seeks an Operations Analyst in our Corporate Customer Service department. You will turn contact center data into actionable insights to improve operations and deliver legendary service across North America.

Responsibilities include analyzing performance data, building SQL queries and Power BI dashboards, and collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into measurable results. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in data analysis are required.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, SQL and Power BI experience.
• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.
• Robotic Process Automation (RPA) a plus.
• Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.
