Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree; 0–3 years of experience in operations or fund administration preferred.
Fluent in Chinese and English with strong reading and writing skills.
Fast learner with resilience under pressure and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Strong communication, attention to detail, and cross-team coordination.
Proficient in Excel; familiarity with documentation tools like Notion; Python/SQL a plus.

Responsibilities

Run start-of-day and end-of-day workflows; reconcile trades, positions, cash, and margins.
Collaborate with brokers and OEMS/platform vendors on data and connectivity issues.
Support onboarding: due diligence questionnaires, account docs, and reporting setup.
Document recurring workflows and seek automation for manual processes where possible.
Handle day-to-day office administration; vendor management and IT liaison.
Support ad hoc projects for senior team members.
