Title: Operations Specialist (Local Site Strategy and Employee Engagement)

Job Summary
- This role is a strategic and hands‑on leader for local site‑level employee engagement and return‑to‑office (RTO) success.
- Partnering closely with the Executive Site Lead and Local Site Committee, the Operations Analyst builds and executes a clear plan to increase on‑site engagement, strengthen community and culture, and achieve measurable RTO and participation targets.
- You will translate strategy into action setting goals and KPIs, running communications and programming, managing budgets and vendors, and using data to continuously improve outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the local site engagement and RTO strategy, including annual/quarterly KPIs tied to attendance, engagement, and program participation.
- Lead the planning and delivery of on-site experiences, events, and campaigns that foster community, reinforce culture, and encourage regular in-office attendance.
- Build and manage a communications roadmap (email, MS Teams, signage, SharePoint/Intranet) to drive awareness, motivation, and behavior change.
- Facilitate governance with the Executive Site Lead and Local Site Committee; set agendas, track decisions and actions, and ensure accountability to goals.
- Use data to guide decisions: analyze data, survey results, event participation, and sentiment to identify trends and opportunities.
- Run experiments and pilots (e.g., themed days, incentives, programming) to improve RTO adoption; measure impact and scale what works.
- Maintain an integrated calendar of site events, comms, and milestones; ensure cross-functional alignment and sequencing.
- Manage procurement, contracts, vendor relationships, and site-level budgets; track ROI and optimize spend for maximum impact.
- Partner with HR, Facilities/Workplace, IT, Security, and Communications to deliver a seamless on-site experience.
- Build dashboards and executive-ready reports; clearly communicate progress, risks, and recommendations.
- Own risk/issue management and change management plans to reduce friction and sustain adoption.
- Stay current on industry best practices in hybrid work, employee engagement, and workplace experience; apply relevant insights to the site strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations, program or project management, or workplace/employee engagement, with a track record of driving measurable outcomes.
- Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to translate goals into execution plans and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills; comfortable engaging executive stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
- Data-driven mindset; proficiency with analytics and reporting (Excel/Sheets; PowerPoint/Slides, AirTable). Experience with Power BI/Tableau is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Teams/SharePoint or similar); familiarity with project tools preferred.
- Knowledge of procurement, vendor management, budgeting, and event logistics.
- Experience in change management, behavior-change communications, or RTO/workplace programs is highly valued.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and execute with a high standard of quality.
- Candidate is hybrid in the Newtown Square, PA office 3 days per week.

- Improved employee engagement and satisfaction with the local on-site experience (survey scores, eNPS, sentiment).
- Increased on-site attendance and consistency against site RTO targets.
- Strong participation rates in events/programming and positive qualitative feedback.
- On-time, on-budget delivery of programs with demonstrated ROI.
- Clear, actionable reporting to site leadership and sustained progress against OKRs.
