Kforce Inc. is recruiting an Operations Analyst Manager in Moreno Valley, CA. The role focuses on financial planning, analysis, and business intelligence to guide strategic decisions.

You will lead a team of analysts, develop models, and deliver actionable reporting across finance and operations. Responsibilities include forecasting, budgeting, and KPI monitoring with Power BI dashboards and ERP knowledge (SAP/Oracle).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, operations finance, or a similar analytical role.
• Experience supporting both financial and operational functions.
• Previous experience leading, mentoring, or managing analysts preferred.
• Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
• Understanding of GAAP financial reporting principles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling.
• SQL experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance insights.
• Analyze large data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting tools.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations.
• Produce business intelligence reports and support audit and compliance reporting.
• Present findings and recommendations to leaders and stakeholders.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to aid decision-making and translate data into insights.
• Identify process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and data quality.
